Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in data governance or data quality.
Experience in a complex, multi-system environment with global reach.
Ability to translate data policies, technical concepts, and control requirements into practical guidance.
Proven track record building aligned teams across geographies.
Responsibilities
Build and develop a high performing, globally coordinated team driving governance practices.
Establish ownership, sourcing, cataloging, lineage, and control foundations for HR data.
Deliver prioritized data quality initiatives aligned with the Data Governance roadmap.
Partner with HR product, analytics, engineering and risk teams to embed standards.
Define and oversee controls and monitoring to surface data quality risks and enable remediation.
