Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking an Organizational Dashboard Director to drive the firm’s dashboard program, partnering across HR, Technology, Risk Management, Legal & Compliance, and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.

The role sits within the Workforce Architecture & Risk Management (WARM) team and focuses on enterprise dashboards for senior leadership, including governance of workforce metrics and HR data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of experience in a large global organization.
• Strong analytical and data management skills with ability to synthesize complex datasets into insights.
• Proven project and programme management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Control Functions to ensure data integrity and execution.
• Analyse complex datasets to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decisions.
• Lead cross-functional engagement with Technology to enhance data sourcing and automation.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams with timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Produce executive-level reporting and presentations with actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Influence global stakeholders and leverage AI/automation to improve data, reporting and processes.
