Responsibilities

Build and develop a high performing, globally coordinated team that drives governance practices and continuous improvement.
Establish and maintain data governance foundations—ownership, sourcing, cataloging, lineage, and controls.
Deliver prioritized data quality initiatives in the HR Data Governance roadmap.
Partner with HR product, analytics, engineering, and risk/control teams to align on standards and embed requirements.
Define and oversee controls and monitoring that produce reliable metrics and surface data quality risks.
Ensure governance outputs translate into clear, consumer-oriented documentation and metadata.
