Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Global Employee Data Analyst to safeguard employee data and ensure compliance within Workday transactions. The role handles high-volume documentation and payroll reconciliation, while coordinating with third-party vendors for PF, Pension, and NPS processes.

Ideal candidates will have extensive HRIS/HCM experience, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain data integrity across HR processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years working with HRIS/HCM systems; 5+ years in HR administration/compliance.
• Prior experience with PF/EPFO/NPS processes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday HR data and employee records accurately.
• Process new hires, terminations and changes in Workday HCM with attention to data integrity.
• Coordinate with vendors for PF/NPS related compliance and documentation.
• Prepare and review payroll-related data and monthly reconciliations.
• Assist with compliance activities and audit readiness across regions.
