Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Global E‑Commerce Operations in Seattle. You will drive performance reviews, learning initiatives, and retention while simplifying processes and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

You will translate business plans into talent and engagement strategies, manage disciplinary matters, and help shape organizational culture across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience; HRBP experience preferred.
• Experience with performance management and employee relations.
• Data analytics/reporting experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to implement high-quality HR practices aligned with strategy.
• Consult with line management on talent development, performance, and ER.
• Assess development needs, make recommendations, implement solutions.
• Manage disciplinary issues and advise leaders on case handling.
• Collaborate with L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR ops to implement solutions.
• Drive employee engagement for the assigned business units.
• Promote TikTok culture and coordinate culture activities.
