Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Internal Audit to lead the global Hotel Audit Program, driving AI, data analytics, and automation to strengthen risk coverage across managed, leased, and owned hotels.

You will collaborate with Global Hotel Finance teams, guide regional audit leaders, and partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure audit quality and value across Hyatt’s global portfolio. This is a senior, strategic role supporting Hyatt’s growth and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Hotel Audit Program with regional managers, directing risk assessment, planning, execution, and reporting.
• Oversee AI and analytics strategy, integrating technology to improve audit coverage and efficiency.
• Partner with Data & Analytics, IT and business teams on data access, quality, and implementation priorities.
• Ensure audit quality through review of significant judgments, evidence, findings, and recommendations.
