SUSHISAMBA GROUP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide expansion and refurbishment across a luxury hospitality portfolio. You will support the Head of Development in portfolio delivery, CapEx management, design direction, and real estate evaluation.

This role coordinates design teams and contractors, maintains project health, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding brand standards across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fast-track commercial design, construction and hospitality projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Manages the design, development, and administration lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects across feasibility, design development, construction docs, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
• Builds and maintains project schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Acts as primary accountability for assigned projects, escalating issues early and presenting solutions.
