Natixis Investment Managers is seeking a Financial Management professional to support the Senior Management Controller of the Global Holding based in Boston. The role involves monitoring operating expenses, assisting in closing processes, and producing P&L reports for various analyses.

The candidate will participate in budgeting, improve processes, and contribute to finance projects such as tool implementations and digitization of the function. English proficiency and discretion are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance or Management Control.
• 1 year of professional experience in management control.
• Familiar with general accounting and analytical accounting.
• Operational English and good Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP 4HANA, SAP FC and Power BI is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Monitor opex of core Global Holding functions (General Management, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Communication, etc.).
• Participate in the closing process with Paris and Boston accounting teams; reconcile intra- and inter-company accounts.
• Produce complete P&L reports and financial KPIs for BPCE group and other analyses.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for department heads; track variances vs. year prior and budget.
