Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing post-marketing HEOR strategies for inline assets.
• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape and HTA processes.
• Expert in health economic modeling and budget impact analyses.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Experience with AMCP dossiers and FDAMA/21st Century Cures Act guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR evidence generation strategy for label expansions and new indications.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development to embed PROs and HRQoL in trials.
• Drive evidence plans across multi-indication lifecycles for timely access.
• Direct US HEOR accountability and development of AMCP dossiers.
• Oversee Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), SLRs, and meta-analyses updates.
• Manage vendor budgets and mentor associate directors and managers.
