Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director, Global Value and HEOR to lead payer evidence for its neurology assets in the US and globally. You will shape evidence strategies, oversee economic models, and coordinate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to defend product value and accelerate access.

Responsibilities include directing AMCP dossiers, real-world data programs, and post-launch evidence generation while mentoring a cross-functional team and coordinating with EU/INT

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Health Economics or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years in HEOR or related area.
• Experience leading post-launch HEOR for inline assets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and US payer evidence strategy for neurology assets.
• Develop and maintain HEOR deliverables: economic models, NMAs, ITCs, GVDs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.
• Oversee real-world data programs and payer communications compliant with FDAMA 114.
• Mentor teams and manage external partners/CROs to ensure quality and timeliness.
