Job summary

Werfen is seeking a highly strategic and customer-centric Director of Marketing, Hemostasis Solutions, to lead the development and execution of global solution marketing strategies that accelerate growth and differentiate Werfen's Hemostasis portfolio.

The role moves beyond product marketing to create end-to-end solutions addressing labs, clinicians, and healthcare systems. Collaboration across global teams will drive adoption, value-based positioning, and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the diagnostics industry as a Product Manager, Marketing Manager or Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Own the global solutions marketing strategy for the Hemostasis portfolio, shifting from product-centric to workflow and value-based positioning.
• Translate customer insights and market data into differentiated value propositions for distinct segments.
• Lead global commercialization and launch planning for new products and solutions.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and key opinion leaders to disseminate evidence supporting customer value.
• Build and lead a new team of global marketers to own the Werfen Hemostasis brands.
