Amcor is seeking a Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to lead the healthcare primary packaging portfolio globally, drive profitability and growth, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to ensure successful product leadership.

The role covers a global scope of ~ $350M, with most activity in North America, and requires strong cross-functional and international leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment.
• Experience in primary packaging or broader healthcare packaging a strong advantage.
• Proven financial acumen for cost models, pricing and margin management.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to lead product through international and matrix organizations.
• Experience in driving sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own and refresh global product, market and asset strategy for healthcare packaging.
• Drive strategic execution across regions with senior leadership alignment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Manage marketing mix, pricing strategy and portfolio lifecycle.
