Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to lead the healthcare primary packaging portfolio globally, driving profitability and growth. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to deliver volume growth.

The position oversees a global scope of approximately $350M, with most activity in North America, and requires strategic leadership across regions and markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years product management in international environment.
• Experience in primary packaging or healthcare packaging is a strong advantage.
• Proven financial acumen with cost models, pricing and margins.
• Strong analytical, planning and project management abilities.
• Experience leading product through international and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh global product, market and asset strategy for healthcare packaging.
• Drive strategic execution across regions with senior leadership alignment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate into actionable plans.
• Manage pricing strategy, lifecycle of product lines and competitive positioning.
• Lead new product development from brief to commercialization.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and sales for speed and success of launches.
• Gather customer insights and regulatory updates to inform strategy.
• Equip sales teams with product knowledge and collateral.
