Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to lead the healthcare primary packaging portfolio worldwide, driving profitability and growth. The role interfaces with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to deliver continuous, profitable volume growth, with a global scope around $350M and major activity in North America.

The successful candidate will manage strategy, optimization and NPD, collaborating across regions and ensuring effective support

Qualifications

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment.
• Strong financial acumen to manage pricing, costs and margins.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with sustainability experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh global healthcare product, market and asset strategy for profitability.
• Drive regional execution with senior leadership alignment and capital allocation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate into actionable plans.
• Manage marketing mix, pricing strategy and portfolio lifecycle.
• Lead new product development from brief to commercialization.
• Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions.
• Gather customer insights and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Equip sales with product knowledge and collateral for key engagements.
