Amcor is seeking a Manager, Product Line Management – Global Healthcare to lead the healthcare primary packaging portfolio worldwide, driving profitability and growth while advancing circularity. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to deliver consistent, profitable volume growth.

The role covers a global ~$350M portfolio, with the majority of activity in North America, and requires strategic leadership across regions, NPD from brief to launch,

Competenze

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering. Masters or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment, preferably with experience in North American and European markets.
• Experience with primary packaging or healthcare packaging is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Own and refresh the global product, market and asset strategy for healthcare primary packaging.
• Drive strategic execution across regions with senior leadership alignment and capital allocation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Manage marketing mix including pricing strategy and lifecycle for healthcare packaging.
• Lead new product development from brief to commercialization.
