Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to lead the healthcare packaging portfolio worldwide, aiming to boost profitability and growth. You will align with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to drive a cohesive product strategy across regions and manage a ~$350m global scope, mostly in North America.

You will own strategy, pricing, and NPD prioritization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate market success and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment.
• Experience in North American and European Consumer Healthcare markets preferred.
• Proven financial acumen to understand cost models, pricing and margins.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership across matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh global product, market and asset strategy for healthcare packaging.
• Drive strategic execution across regions with senior leadership alignment.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate risks into actionable plans.
• Manage marketing mix including pricing strategy and lifecycle.
• Lead NPD from brief to commercialization with customer insights.
• Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions.
• Communicate customer needs and competitive dynamics to guide decisions.
• Equip sales with product training materials and collateral.
