Job summary

Amcor seeks a Manager, Product Line Management - Global Healthcare to lead healthcare primary packaging lines globally, driving profitability, circularity and growth. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D to deliver profitable volume growth, with a global scope of about $350M, largely based in North America.

The role requires a strategic, financially minded leader with 5+ years in international product management, experience in healthcare packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering;Masters/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management in international environments, preferably NA/EU consumer healthcare.
• Strong financial acumen to manage pricing, margins and P&L.
• Excellent analytical and project-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and refresh global product, market and asset strategy for healthcare packaging.
• Drive cross-regional strategic execution with leadership alignment and capital allocation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and translate insights into action.
• Manage marketing mix including pricing, lifecycle and positioning.
• Lead NPD from brief to commercialization with customer insights.
