Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Conferences, Meetings & Events Planner to support planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events. You’ll report to the Executive Director and coordinate with GCC&M Centers of Excellence, vendors and stakeholders across the region.

This full-time role demands strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and shifting priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in hospitality, business, communications or related field.
• 2-3 years of conference, meeting or event planning experience desirable.
• Healthcare, CRO or biopharma services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute conferences, meetings and events including stakeholder coordination and materials.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet budgets and guidelines.
• Assist with attendee communications, CRM campaigns and scheduling.
• Support budget development and financial tracking for events.
• Manage registration via Cvent and related updates.
• Provide post-event summaries and feedback for future improvements.
