Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino invites an experienced Health Sensing Hardware Engineering Program Manager to lead the design, integration, and launch of next-generation heart rate, blood oxygen, ECG, and cycle tracking technologies.

You will coordinate internal and external partners, manage schedules and budgets, and present updates to executives while fostering a collaborative, fast-paced hardware environment. The role requires international travel and building a world-class team.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Engineering experience in a hardware development environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (typically once per year; accommodations available as needed).

Responsibilities

• Manage program execution directly with internal and external partners.
• Manage schedules, engineering builds, and development budgets.
• Effectively communicate overall program status internally and externally.
• Deliver executive communications/presentations and drive decision-making.
• Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.
• Read situations and step up to resolve conflicts.
• Improve the system by identifying patterns and implementing standard methodologies.
