In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the creation of next-generation sensing, including Health, Optical, Touch and Force, wireless power, and haptics technologies, shaping the technical landscape across Apple's product portfolio to deliver an industry-leading user experience. You will lead the development and integration of advanced sensing systems, collaborating closely with world-class suppliers and multi-functional teams across Apple.As an Engineering Program Manager, you will drive the full lifecycle of sensing systems and features—from concept to specification, characterization to integration, and validation at both module and system levels. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary bridge for cross-functional communication and along with the engineering manager be the face of the program. Our team cultivates a creative, collaborative atmosphere and values technical curiosity, thoroughness, and engineering excellence. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $144,600 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
