Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a consumer electronics technical environment, specifically health sensing.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sensor hardware engineers, technologists, and scientists.
• Own the hardware lifecycle of health sensing systems from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Algorithm and Software teams to ensure sensor SNR meets data-processing and ML requirements.
• Establish technical direction for next-generation health sensor systems and ensure rigorous design and testing methodologies.
