Job summary

Oura is seeking a Senior Science Program Manager to lead an international health science research portfolio, shaping strategy and governance for studies across regions, including the UAE, with a remote-friendly US base.

You will coordinate Health Science, Product, and Regulatory teams, drive rigorous research delivery, and nurture collaborations with CROs and academic partners, traveling ~10-15% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in scientific/clinical health research program management, end-to-end ownership.
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in health/life sciences or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (CROs, sites, PIs) across regions/time zones.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and roadmap for an international research portfolio aligned with growth objectives.
• Establish frameworks for compliant research delivery and scalable processes.
• Serve as hub between Health Science, Product, Regulatory, and external partners.
• Lead dissemination including publications and clinical validation.
• Cultivate research partnerships with CROs and academic collaborators.
• Travel to the UAE and other regional sites for study execution and collaboration.
