Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site or global EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, environmental regulations and global EHS standards.
• Experience leading ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems and certification programs.
• Proven ability to build strong safety cultures in complex manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Safety, Environmental & Health strategy across all business units and sites.
• Establish global HSE objectives, KPIs, and scorecards aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive risk reduction, injury prevention, and environmental performance initiatives.
• Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
• Develop and sustain global safety management systems ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance and ISO certifications.
• Lead training strategies and contractor safety programs; collaborate with regulatory agencies and leadership.
