Job summary

Hines is seeking a Global Health & Safety Director to lead strategy, governance and minimum operating standards for Health & Safety across its Management Services platform.

The role coordinates with regional leadership to translate global requirements into practical regional plans, oversee incident management and risk reporting, and partner with procurement and operations to ensure safety compliance across jurisdictions. This is a senior, multinational leadership position based in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and professional qualification; 12+ years of senior Health & Safety experience.
• Experience across the Americas and Europe with familiarity of OSHA and UK/European requirements.
• Experience serving on enterprise risk committees and advising senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate global Health & Safety strategy, policy framework and governance.
• Establish global minimum standards and operating protocols with clear accountabilities.
• Provide executive oversight of incidents, dashboards and remediation actions across markets.
