You will coordinate across Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, and Customer-Facing Organizations to deliver global requirements for new markets such as Germany.

The role requires 3–5 years of program management in healthcare/IT, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex cross-LOB initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management experience, preferably in Healthcare IT or related field.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple LOBs and external organizations (Legal, Regulatory, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Define strategic program plans across multiple LOBs and Oracle Health organizations.
• Lead end-to-end program governance and committee meetings.
• Drive market-entry requirements and ensure timely delivery of product and regulatory deliverables.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, and Customer-Facing Organizations.
