Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in nonprofit/global health/startup/operations.
• Proven ability to track workflows and manage competing priorities, ideally supporting a senior leader.
• Hands-on experience with at least one project management platform (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, summarization, or workflow automation.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track workflows, action items, and deliverables across the portfolio, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Translate priorities into clear workplans, timelines, and accountability structures.
• Own and maintain project management systems — trackers, dashboards, and shared repositories — with AI-enabled tools where helpful.
• Prepare briefing notes, agendas, and decision-support materials for meetings.
• Conduct background research on partners, funders, innovators, deals, and opportunities, and produce concise summaries.
• Coordinate with funders, implementers, local partners, and innovators across the BillionScale network.
• Draft and update presentations, one-pagers, deal memos, and updates.
• Track action items and next steps across partnerships and initiatives to ensure follow-through.
• Maintain organized electronic files and shared repositories.
• Coordinate with operations on contracts, invoices, and documentation.
• Support internal reporting and progress updates for leadership and the board.
• Stay informed on trends in AI tools that improve productivity and operations.
