U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) in Washington, DC is seeking a Global Health Fellow to lead strategy advancing U.S. global health as a cornerstone of foreign policy and international assistance.

The Fellow will shape policy discussions, develop innovative recommendations, and drive thought leadership to strengthen America's leadership on health. This full-time exempt role collaborates across policy, communications, and outreach teams to engage policymakers, industry, and civil society,

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in foreign policy, government relations, advocacy, or related field.
• A master's degree in international relations, global policy or related field is required.
• Deep understanding of U.S. foreign policy, Congress, international assistance, and global health policy.
• Demonstrated networks with the advocacy and policymaking community in Washington, D.C.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent writer capable of distilling complex policy issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead USGLC's thought leadership strategy on global health and identify policy challenges and opportunities.
• Develop innovative, actionable policy recommendations to inform decision-making.
• Produce policy analyses, briefs, op-eds, and strategic content for education and advocacy.
• Translate research and data into persuasive narratives for policymakers and partners.
• Represent USGLC in public forums and policy discussions as a trusted voice.
