Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in consulting, government, global health, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support planning and execution across program and financial operations, grants, data and reporting, technology modernization, and business transformation.
• Manage projects, workplans, risks, and deliverables to keep work on track.
• Analyze financial, performance, and other information to identify insights and develop recommendations that support decision-making.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, analyses, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive decisions and follow-up activities.
• Assess business processes and operational challenges and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and ways of working.
• Use data, reporting platforms, automation, AI, and other technologies to improve analysis, reporting, processes, and operations.
