Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. The Head of Philanthropy will lead a growing major gifts program, build trusted donor relationships, and align philanthropic investments with PATH's priorities.

Reporting to the Chief Global Health Programs Officer, this leader will guide a team of about six and work with executive leadership, program and regional teams, marketing, and the Board to shape PATH's philanthropy strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of major gifts and fundraising leadership.
• Proven record closing seven-figure gifts.
• Strong data and analytics for pipeline forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex R&D and health work into investment cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the philanthropy function and a team of about six people.
• Align philanthropic investment with PATH's evolving priorities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, program teams, marketing, and the Board.
• Represent PATH credibly with sophisticated donors and partners.
• Develop and advance donor engagement strategies for major gifts.
