Job summary

PATH is seeking an Associate Director of Philanthropy and Community Affairs to lead donor engagement, volunteer management, and fundraising programs in the San Diego region. The role oversees volunteer activities, donations, and corporate partnerships to support PATH's mission.

You will manage a portfolio of donors, cultivate mid-level prospects, and supervise the Community Affairs team to drive growth and impact across California's homelessness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four years of fundraising, volunteer management, and/or event production experience.
• Strong donor relations and stewardship capabilities.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor engagement and stewardship across PATH's philanthropic programs.
• Oversee volunteer programs, in-kind giving, and community engagement activities.
• Develop corporate engagement strategies and manage donor portfolios.
