Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to act as financial architect of the organization. The role is central to PATH's strategy, overseeing finance, IT, and continuous improvement across regions and time zones.

You will partner with the CEO, Board, and major funders to drive resilience, transparency, and strategic investment while maintaining audit readiness and compliance with USG and donor standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership in complex international organizations.
• Deep command of US regulatory environment for international NGOs (501(c)(3), Form 990, Uniform Guidance).
• Direct experience with major global health funders (Gates Foundation, USG, Global Fund, Gavi).
• Proven track record leading finance through transformation, restructuring, or major funding shifts.
• Ability to translate financial complexity for non-financial audiences and partner with Boards/audit committees.
• Experience leading large, globally dispersed teams.
