Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit accelerating health equity. The Head of Philanthropy leads major gifts and donor strategy, building relationships with high-net-worth donors to support PATH’s mission.

This role shapes the philanthropy function and works with leadership to align investments with strategic priorities. Reporting to the Chief Global Health Programs Officer, the Head of Philanthropy will lead a team, collaborate across departments, and oversee a dedicated program budget to drive growth and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in major gifts, principal gifts, or high-net-worth fundraising.
• Strong record of building or strengthening a development function.
• Fluency in individual and family philanthropy landscape including family offices and donor-advised funds.
• Data side of fundraising: prospect research, moves management, CRM discipline, analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead philanthropy strategy and a team of ~6 people.
• Align philanthropic investment with PATH's priorities and budget.
• Partner with executive leadership, program teams, marketing, and the Board to shape fundraising initiatives.
