Graham Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager / Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to support global public health monitoring for a federal client. The role blends hands-on evaluation with project leadership and coordination across government stakeholders, country offices, and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in public health program monitoring, evaluation, or implementation research.
• At least 2 years in global health security.
• At least 1 year federal-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support monitoring and evaluation activities for outbreak prevention, detection, response, workforce development, and systems-strengthening programs.
• Maintain and support data collection platforms and databases.
• Develop and maintain data analysis and visualization tools to communicate progress, performance, and outcomes.
• Coordinate quarterly collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation of program data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, tables, graphs, and presentations for government and program stakeholders.
• Train diverse audiences on monitoring platforms and data collection processes.
