Job summary

Technology Solutions Provider, Inc. is seeking a Health Research Monitoring & Evaluation Senior Associate to support NIH projects. You will provide expert leadership in monitoring and evaluation of health research programs and translate findings into strategic recommendations.

The role requires advanced expertise in M&E, research methods, and data analysis, with the ability to lead large, complex projects and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 13 years of relevant experience, or PhD plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced expertise in monitoring and evaluation, health research, public health, or related fields.
• Demonstrated NIH program experience and ability to lead complex studies.
• Experience designing and leading monitoring and evaluation frameworks and protocols.
• Ability to translate complex evidence into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical leadership for monitoring and evaluation activities supporting health research and related programs.
• Lead development and evaluation of complex monitoring designs, sampling plans, surveys, protocols, and work plans.
• Direct data collection, analysis, and interpretation to assess activities and outcomes.
• Develop performance measures, indicators, analytical frameworks, and methodologies.
• Lead the use of data systems and analytical tools to manage research data.
• Synthesize information from multiple sources and translate findings into recommendations.
• Establish technical plans and standards for major monitoring activities.
• Lead large projects with limited oversight and guide teams.
