U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) is seeking a Global Health Fellow to lead our strategy to advance U.S. global health as a cornerstone of American foreign policy and international assistance.
The Fellow will shape policy discussions, develop innovative recommendations, and drive thought leadership that strengthens USGLC's voice in health policy. Based in Washington, D.C., this full-time exempt role requires a seasoned policy professional with deep knowledge of U.S.
USGLC is seeking a Global Health Fellow to lead the organization's strategy to advance U.S. global health as a cornerstone of American foreign policy and international assistance. As the Administration implements its Global Health Strategy and Congress considers the future of U.S. global health investments, the Fellow will position USGLC as a leading voice in shaping policy discussions, developing innovative policy recommendations, and driving thought leadership that advances America's global leadership on health.
Working across USGLC and with policymakers, the private sector, implementers, and other influential stakeholders, the Fellow will identify emerging opportunities, translate complex policy issues into compelling strategies and messaging, and help build bipartisan support for effective U.S. global health engagement. This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader who can anticipate policy trends, convene diverse voices, and influence the national conversation on why global health investments advance America's security, economic prosperity, and leadership.
This full-time exempt position is based in Washington, D.C.

COMPENSATION
A projected salary range of $85K-$110K will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The USGLC also provides a package of benefits, including health and disability insurance, retirement plan, paid annual and sick leave and federal holidays.
