Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive P&C or HR consulting experience.
• Biotech/Manufacturing background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in applying modern AI tools and digital solutions to elevate strategic coaching and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site P&C Business Partners across Drug Substance manufacturing sites.
• Champion integration of AI tools and digital solutions into everyday P&C practice.
• Provide strategic coaching to Enterprise Heads of PTN and PTR leadership teams.
• Drive organizational design, effectiveness, and talent strategies in a global context.
