Job summary

Waymo is seeking a Head of Workplace Strategy and Services in Mountain View to lead large-scale operations and portfolio-wide programs, ensuring consistent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee headcount planning, user experience, lab management, and company-wide events while reporting to the Director of Global Workplace & eMobility. Strong leadership and strategic budgeting are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in facilities management, business management, or engineering.
• 10+ years of account management or outsourcing management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Understand tech advances, change management, org leadership and compliance in workplace strategy.

Responsibilities

• Occupancy planning: develop a multi-year global workplace strategy with SLAs and KPIs.
• Organizational scaling: lead a global multidisciplinary organization and mentor leaders.
• Change management & cultural stewardship: drive employee retention and cross-functional agility.
• Portfolio-wide financial oversight: manage multi-million dollar OPEX/CAPEX budget with ROI focus.
• Future-proofing & tech integration: adopt emerging workplace technologies and sustainable practices.
