Job summary

Waymo is seeking an experienced leader to manage global facilities and occupational safety programs. The role reports to the Global Head of Facilities and Occupational Safety and demands executive-level oversight across multiple sites and functions.

You will drive end-to-end process design, governance of contracts, and delivery of high-uptime services, with governance over KPI dashboards and executive reporting for GPS operations worldwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Facilities Management, Business Management, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of Account Management or Outsourcing Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present in formal settings.
• Understand technological advances, change management, organizational leadership and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate executive-level management to deliver high-standard services across functions and units.
• Drive end-to-end process design to achieve uptime SLAs across an expanding portfolio, with executive reporting.
• Author and manage reporting systems and dashboards; gather data to define and report KPIs for GPS operations.
• Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders to gather requirements and define program objectives aligned with expectations.
• Oversee contracts governance and report on service delivery through KPIs and scorecards across space management, project teams, and technology operations.
