Citigroup Inc. seeks a senior technology leader to head the Trade and Working Capital Technology organization within Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions.

You will guide strategy, architecture, and execution to digitize and transform the business, leading a global engineering team and collaborating with executives across the firm. You will drive modernization, governance, and client-focused initiatives while balancing growth with cost control and risk management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership for Financial Services preferably in Transaction Banking.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute Target State Architecture and designs strategies in technology transformation programs.
• Established track record as a business partner to the organization with clear customer orientation.
• Experience balancing world-class tech solutions with cost management and ROI.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the Technology strategy and Architecture enabling the Trade and Working Capital Product and Sales strategy with emphasis on digitization.
• Drive transformation and define target state architecture aligned with the organization; modernize legacy systems.
• Provide strategic direction and oversee delivery, ensuring governance, compliance, and proper resource alignment.
• Improve cross-product architecture and adopt CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methods.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders impacting the area.
• Develop a multiyear roadmap with operations and Product to enable growth and de-risk the environment.
• Enhance client experience by accelerating onboarding and speeding client inquiries resolution.
