Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• 8-10+ years of direct managerial experience overseeing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in data engineering, analytics, and AI engineering at scale.
• Experience with financial products, payments systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams to achieve goals, including personnel evaluations and hiring.
• Define and execute the team’s vision, structure, and collaboration with business units.
• Drive system architecture design and improve data infrastructure quality.
• Ensure governance, controls, and regulatory compliance across data platforms.
• Lead data technology strategy and roadmap with senior stakeholders.
