Job summary

Trustly is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader who combines strong commercial judgment with analytical depth and pragmatic execution. You will build and evolve reward frameworks inside a scaling technology/fintech environment and partner with Finance and the executive team on compensation strategy.

You’ll navigate multi‑jurisdiction governance, oversee equity programs, and develop robust reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting in a fast‑growing, globally

Qualifications

• Experience leading Total Rewards across international organisations.
• Deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentives.
• Experience partnering with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting.
• Experience governance across multiple jurisdictions, especially Europe.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational depth in fast-growth environments.
