Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. is seeking a transformational AVP, Global Head of Technology Sourcing to define the global vision for technology procurement and expense management.

You will lead a diverse, global team, partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Market Data, and drive AI-enabled analytics to optimize spend and value. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Finance Operations & CPO and requires extensive strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field; 10–15+ years in strategic sourcing and technology procurement.
• Experience creating enterprise‑level strategies and leading large teams.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership with clear storytelling.
• Strong background in technology spend, supplier ecosystems, and commercial models.
• Hands-on with P2P, VMS, and CLM platforms; AI-enabled analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set a multi-year global strategy for technology sourcing and expense management.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve cost efficiency and governance across tech spend.
• Develop executive presentations translating data into actionable options.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing global team across sourcing, analytics, and vendor management.
• Oversee large-scale sourcing, negotiations, and supplier value optimization.
