Job summary

Nasdaq seeks a senior transformational leader as Global Head of Technology Sourcing to set the global vision for technology sourcing and expense management. You will lead a high-performing team and drive enterprise-wide change, including AI-enabled analytics and sourcing capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
10–15+ years in strategic sourcing, technology procurement, or related leadership roles in large organizations.
Proven ability to create and execute enterprise-level strategies, not just support initiatives.
Strong experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
Excellent ability to influence and present to senior leadership with clear storytelling.
Deep understanding of technology spend and vendor ecosystems; market data experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year global strategy for technology sourcing and expense management.
Lead strategic initiatives to improve cost efficiency, supplier value, and governance across major technology spend categories.
Champion AI-enabled analytics and automation to improve spend visibility and decision-making.
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across Technology, Finance, Legal, and business units.
Lead a global team, establish priorities, rhythms, and performance metrics.
