Job summary

FCP Euro Inc. is seeking a Head of Supplier Quality & Compliance to build and lead the supplier quality function across a global network of suppliers. This role is pivotal in defining quality standards and systems, ensuring every part sold meets high quality standards for customer trust and scalability.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in supplier quality within the automotive aftermarket and a strong command of quality methodologies. This is an exempt role with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supplier quality or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of OE, OEM, and aftermarket dynamics.
• Proven ability to improve supplier performance and cost.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute supplier quality strategy.
• Establish scalable supplier onboarding and audit processes.
• Monitor performance across key KPIs for suppliers.
