The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years in semiconductor capital equipment, deep knowledge of thin‑film deposition, and a track record in strategy, partnerships, and executive engagement with top customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in semiconductor capital equipment or relevant industry.
• Deep technical and commercial experience with thin‑film deposition.
• At least 8 years of semiconductor equipment sales, marketing, product management, or business development experience.
• Proven leadership in developing business strategies and managing high‑level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global growth strategy aligned with customer technology inflections and ASM’s portfolio objectives.
• Shape the multi‑year business vision, including market prioritization and partnerships.
• Own competitive intelligence, customer insights, and requirements for next‑gen platforms and processes.
• Lead product launch strategies from concept to commercialization for global adoption.
• Develop and implement account and regional strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Build trusted relationships with senior engineering, corporate strategy, and procurement leaders.
• Oversee product commercial strategy including pricing, win‑loss analytics, and margins.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance on demand forecasting and capacity planning.
