Job summary

Saviynt is seeking an experienced Global Head of Procurement to build and scale a high-performance function within the SaaS industry. You will own end-to-end procurement, global sourcing strategy, and vendor management with a focus on software, IT procurement, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive procurement leadership experience, with 3–5 years in a senior SaaS or technology leader role.
• Proven global sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and spend across multiple regions.
• Experience with Tipalti and NetSuite; IPO/SOX readiness in high-growth SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global procurement strategies for a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Build and manage a global procurement operating model across geographies.
• Apply AI-first mindset to procurement and vendor-risk frameworks.
• Oversee supplier evaluation, sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and performance management.
• Oversee procurement software implementation and integration (NetSuite, Tipalti).
• Lead end-to-end T&E transformation and global policy governance.
• Manage complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to supplier management.
• Establish global P2P governance and drive automation and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and executives to manage budgets and savings.
