OKX is seeking a Head of Regulatory Change & Policy to own and drive the global regulatory change agenda. You will translate a complex regulatory landscape into a clear strategy that protects and enables the business, coordinating with regulators, industry bodies, and internal teams.

This role requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years in regulatory change, global crypto exposure, and a proven track record of building and scaling teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years in regulatory change, regulatory affairs, or a comparable senior compliance/policy role.
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly reshaping a regulatory change function.
• Global exposure to crypto-specific regulation, with working knowledge of multiple regimes.
• Track record of influencing senior internal stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience building and leading a team, including hiring and developing junior talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable operating at executive level internally and externally.
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset — able to move from strategic vision to operational detail.

Mansioni

• Own and drive regulatory change initiatives globally, translating evolving regulations into actionable policy and controls.
• Build and maintain a global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning capability.
• Support local compliance teams with regulator engagement and industry consultations to align positions across jurisdictions.
• Scale the Regulatory Change function, with potential to add a compliance analyst within six months.
• Set operating model, priorities, and quality bar for the function.
• Coach and develop team members as the function grows.
• Foster strong relationships with Legal, Risk, and local Compliance teams across regions.
