Job summary

OKX is seeking a Head of Regulatory Change Policy to own and drive the global regulatory change agenda. You will translate a complex regulatory landscape into strategy, engage regulators and internal stakeholders, and build a high-performing team across regions.

You're expected to have 10+ years in regulatory change or policy roles, with global crypto/fintech exposure, and a proven track record of shaping a regulatory change function in a complex organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory change or policy roles.
• Global crypto/fintech regulatory exposure.
• Experience building/reg reshaping a regulatory change function.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the regulatory change agenda globally.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance and regulators.
• Manage global regulatory obligations mapping and horizon scanning.
• Lead and develop the Regulatory Change team; hire as needed.
• Set operating model, priorities and quality standards for the function.
• Build trusted relationships with regional teams and policymakers.
