Qualifications

• At least 12 years in corporate real estate and workplace leadership.
• Experience leading multinational portfolios and presenting investment cases to executives.
• Strong track record in premium interiors and complex office projects.

Responsibilities

• Define global real estate strategy aligning with business priorities and workforce plans.
• Lead site selection, lease negotiations, and occupancy cost optimization.
• Oversee design, construction, and fit-out, translating executive expectations into practical plans.
• Manage facilities, hospitality, security, and health and safety across geographies.
• Develop operating models, budgets, and performance metrics for the portfolio.
