Hitachi Energy seeks a seasoned leader to become Global Head of R&D for AWM, based in one of our offices in Houston, Atlanta, Raleigh or Broomfield. You will oversee Core and Innovation leaders along with the Quality Lead to ensure alignment and excellence in our products.

Responsibilities include shaping R&D strategy, managing budgets, and partnering with Product Management and Services to deliver high-quality, commercially viable solutions. A relocation package is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven 10+ years' experience in product development leadership within Power Systems/Control Systems or related industries.
• Extensive experience in large-scale, mission-critical, real-time Enterprise software systems.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the R&D Product Group, including Core, Innovation leaders, and the Quality Lead.
• Collaborate with Global Heads to deliver high-quality, commercially viable products.
• Direct a global R&D team of ~150 professionals and drive innovation.
